The Artist Sanctuary,
presented by SIRIUS Satellite Radio, was held at Hotel Le Germain's
Two-Storey Apartment Suite on June 14 and 15.
The Sanctuary served as this year's most exclusive meeting place, providing space to unwind, socialize and enjoy food, cocktails and spa treatment, during Toronto's biggest awards weekend. Sponsors of the Artist Sanctuary included presenting sponsor SIRIUS Satellite Radio, BlackBerry, Grey Goose, Stella Artois, Voss Water, Reebok, Chez Victor, Hotel Le Germain and youth engagement initiative D250.ca - an organization dedicated to encouraging youth to "make their mark" by voting and taking an active role in their community.
Produced by Know Affiliation, the Sanctuary was open exclusively to artists and celebrities in Toronto for the MMVAs and North by Northeast. The Artist Sanctuary served as a meeting place for major celebrity interviews and a place for stars and VIPs to gather throughout the course of the award's shows and performances. The VIP experience included catering by Hotel Le Germain's Chez Victor, spa services by Chi Spa and hair, makeup and grooming by Judy Inc.
